The second game of the 2026 NFL season produced something of a stunner, with the Los Angeles Rams falling to the San Francisco 49ers 27-7, the biggest loss for a preseason Super Bowl favorite in its opener on record. In turn, the Rams moved from +500 to +600 and now sit at +650 on the championship odds board, while the Niners made a big jump from 19-1 to 14-1.

The result also had implications for the NFC West rival and defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, who opened the season with a win over the New England Patriots (21-1). That victory shortened Seattle from 12-1 to 11-1 for the title.

The Baltimore Ravens are second on the board at +900, followed by the Buffalo Bills at +950. There are 17 teams with odds of 25-1 or shorter to win Super Bowl LXI.
