Vincent Clerc has become only the second player to earn an ERC Elite Award for scoring 25 Heineken Cup tries.
The Toulouse wing, who crossed twice in the 34-10 Round 6 home victory over Edinburgh to take his tournament try tally to 26 in 42 appearances, joins Llanelli Scarlets wing Dafydd James (29 tries) on the roll of honour.
And Irish referee Alan Lewis is the first official to take charge of 50 Heineken Cup matches after being in control for the Round 6 meeting between Glasgow Warriors and Saracens.
A tournament record 721,240 fans watched the 72 Pool matches - topping last season's mark by almost 5,000. And the average of over 10,000 for every Pool match in the 13th year of the Heineken Cup means it all adds up to over 6,000,000 fans having watched Pool stage matches and 8,153,430 going through the turnstiles for all tournament matches.
