French club Grenoble have signed out of favour fly-half Cerith Reeds from Bridgend.
Rees, 23, moved to the Brewery Field last summer from Swansea but has struggled to attain a regular first team spot.
With the recent arrival of former All Black Simon Mannix, Rees chose to take up a lucrative offer form the French top division side.
Rees will be reunited with former Gnoll teammate Adam Jackson as well as recently signed Swansea prop Andrew Le Chevalier.
