While a fair few club executives left Nyon with their heads in their hands, the Champions League round of 16 draw was particularly unkind to Juventus, who found themselves up against quite possibly the best team in world football: Bayern Munich.
However, coach Massimiliano Allegri put a positive spin on things by surmising that, should Juve successfully manage the task of seeing off Bayern, the rest of their run to the final could feel easy by comparison.
"At least this way we would be getting rid of the biggest threat immediately," Allegri said at an awards ceremony in Turin on Monday night, according to Tuttosport.
The Bianconeri boss also reiterated his positive stance on Twitter immediately after the draw, summing up his side's galactic task by quoting a classic line from his "Star Wars" spirit guide, Jedi master Yoda: "Do or do not, there is no try."
