Mercedes has won its third Formula One constructors' championship in a row following Nico Rosberg's victory at the Japanese Grand Prix.

The Brackley-based team, who also claimed the constructors' title as Brawn in 2009, sealed the championship for the third year running, after Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton finished on the podium in Suzuka.

The result in Japan sees Mercedes continue its dominance in the V6 turbo era -- having won 47 of the 55 races since the start of 2014 -- wrapping up the constructors' with four races to spare in the process.
