Mexican driver Alfonso Celis will drive for Force India in the opening practice session at the Bahrain Grand Prix next week.
The 19-year old, Force India's development driver, will take the place of compatriot Sergio Perez for FP1 on Friday. It is the first of seven practice sessions he will conduct this season.
Cellis spent two days behind the wheel of the VJM09 during winter testing. He also drove for the team at the Pirelli tyre test in Abu Dhabi last year.
