Keemo Paul, Player of the Match: I think lately I've been getting some runs for the team, you know. We were in a bit of a situation, and the coach gave me a role. He backed me. Also, you motivated me earlier, telling me I was going to have a big game, so thank you. But all in all, I was very pleased with my batting tonight. Well, look, the coach has backed me. He told me that if we were in a situation in any game, I was going to bat early. And he backed me to play the reverse sweep. He said, with all confidence, go and do it if you have to. So that gave me the motivation to go and do it. And then Romario also told me, "Just bat a few balls away." It wasn't too easy. I knew once I got to the 15-run mark, I knew I was in and I knew I was set. We just tried to hit the stumps as hard as possible and also use the wicket because the ball was gripping. Our slower balls were gripping, so we tried to use the wicket. And in the back end, our plan was just to go wide of the off side. Yes, definitely. I want to contribute. I'm trying as hard as possible. I'm working very hard behind the scenes, so hopefully things click and I can continue being consistent. Fantastic. Extraordinary. But I felt at that stage, with Russell and Romario, they were probably better off hitting the spin. So, you know, I backed Kyle to come and bowl that last over, and he bowled a really good over. Yeah, well, we've got some games coming up. We've got our home leg coming up. We've got one game in another day or two. So, for us, it's just getting some consistent cricket, finalizing our combinations, understanding where we need to improve, and just improving

Rovman Powell, Jamaica Kingsmen Captain: To be honest, it means everything. You know, it's been a rocky start to the campaign, so it's good to get back-to-back victories. Credit has to be given to the guys who stuck through the tough times. You know, it's not over, but they stuck through the tough times and they're reaping the rewards now. Yeah, he was fantastic. You know, when he came into the camp, he was just chomping at the bit, ready to go. His career has meandered, and hopefully this is a start for him to get his career back on the right track. I think it's in two phases, to be honest. You know, I'm trying my best to curb the aggression, to play those long innings, to get those 70s, those 75s. I haven't got one as yet, but I think the innings that I've played so far are important. And having said that, I'm trying my best to finish those games. I think once you're performing as a captain, then leadership becomes a little bit easier, and decision-making becomes a little bit clearer. To each and every one, you know, we want to tell you guys thank you. It's been a long time since CPL cricket has come to this island, and it's come back with a bang. You know, people in the stadium supporting us, we feel your love, and we want to say really, really thanks. I think it's for us to sit and have those little discussions. Every venue around the Caribbean will ask something different of us, and it's for us to just sit down and come up with our plans. Top-order misfired, but then Rovman Powell and Keemo Paul resurrected the innings valiantly, adding 49 and 65 respectively, to put them back on track. They ended up posting a par 181-6, which proved more than enough on this surface with their potent bowling battery. Jason Holder and Obed McCoy were the pick of the bowlers for the Patriots. In reply, the Patriots never got going, and their innings remained stuck in second gear. They kept losing wickets and Keemo Paul wreaked havoc with his fiery burst. Hunain Shah then nailed his yorkers while Hassan Khan stemmed the flow of runs as well. Andre Russell showed his dexterity, returning figures of 2 for 19 and the only weak link was Odean Smith.
