11.40pm So it's all wrapped up here at Wankhede. MI have bulldozed their way through another humungous chase at this IPL to stay alive. Surely not the last this season. Let's see what else we have coming up. But for tonight, we shall be off. Good night from everyone at ESPNcricinfo!

Time for the post-match presentation now.

Ryan Rickelton, Player of the Match, says: "Mumbai's greatest, one of India's greatest [Rohit]. Able to dovetail quite nicely. I guess my game suits this ground, Joburg gets similar pace and bounce. Great value for shots, adopted my game around own venue. Get better around when we travel. The IPL's ridiculous in the way these chases getting done nowadays. The power we have from three down to seven, eight, nine... We can set a good platform and win the powerplay, my job is done. Makes my role clearer for me."

Suryakumar Yadav, winning captain, is all smiles. "To be very frank, it was nothing new to be honest [powerplay]. 7-10 is the best time to pull the game off. The way all the bowlers responded, showed a lot of character. Everyone had that belief, clear plans. It was just little-little attacking. Even we scored 244 few days back, SRH chased this down... Want to have a good start when chasing 220-225. They were always in control. In the end, way Naman Dhir and everyone batted, it was nice."

Naman Dhir speaks: "Chasing 230-odd at Wankhede feels very special. I think the talks are always positive in the dressing room. This is the best example that our bowling has clicked. Par total at Wankhede. Rohit bhai and Rickleton had a great start. Today, it happened. I guess he's a great player, we've seen throughout the years, we had a setback because of his hamstring [Rohit]. I think I'm keeping my gameplan simple. Full place of the bat every time I go inside. Helping me get quick starts."

Rishabh Pant, LSG captain, speaks to the broadcasters: "The way we started, we should have definitely got more runs. They bowled well, used to these conditions. Definitely we were short 10-15 runs, 220-230 wicket for shot. We had an edge over them. On a wicket like this you can't blame bowlers, they've been doing a great job. We need some good luck, man... It'll take more effort from us, for sure." He put up a brave face with a smile and a few wisecracks. That's Rishabh Pant for you.

11.20pm Rohit Sharma's back for MI, and it's like he had never been away. Wonderful ball-striking alongside Rickelton ensured even with a bit of a slowdown in the final stages of this game, they'd still be in contention to finish this off early. So they did, and with this win MI just about stay alive in the tournament. LSG will rue getting 90-odd in the powerplay and then losing momentum massively. Their fast bowling trio was out of sorts today as well. But what's done is done, and LSG stay rooted to the bottom of the points table.
