[First ever ODI series win against Australia] Yeah, it means a lot, but I can't tell you in words, it's an amazing feeling. The way we played this series, we showed a lot of courage. We have been working really hard the last few months, and we wanted to improve our game. The way we played the last two matches is outstanding, and I'm really proud to be part of this team. [Team effort in all three departments] Obviously, I think that's what we want. We wanted to play as a team, every skill we wanted to improve, and everyone wanted to contribute in every single match. It can be fielding, it can be bowling, that's how we wanted to play. Those who are not playing, standing or sitting in the dugout, they also helped a lot. It feels like we are playing as a team, and we need to continue those little things. I feel if we continue to play like that, we can improve a lot. [Thoughts on the next ODI match] Very important. If you look at the way we played the last two matches, it's important to play good cricket again, and we want to compete. We want to win the last match as well, but we have to play some good cricket. Those who are p and those who are not, we all have to chip in for the next match, so I hope we will play good cricket again."

Player of the Match, Mustafizur Rahman: "[Plan with the new ball] I always try to get swing with the new ball. Normally I enjoy bowling with the old ball, but when the team needed me to step up, I tried my best according to my skill. [Fitness] Fitness is okay. Pain is always there for fast bowlers, but that's part of the game."

Josh Inglis: "[Good comeback from Labuschagne and Bartlett] Yeah, it did. Anytime you lose three wickets that early, it's tough to come back from. I thought the partnership between Marnus and Xavier got us to a total that is probably under par, but it gave us something to bowl at. They went really well to get us to that total in the end. We tried hard out there, but that partnership at the end with those two, I thought they played really well. [Would you have done something differently?] I don't think so. I mean, if we had got through those first few overs unscathed, I think it was still a pretty good wicket. It wasn't as quick and bouncy as the first game, but there were runs there to be scored. For myself as well, getting a start and getting out at a really crucial time doesn't help. As you said, Marnus and Xavier got us to a total, but it wasn't enough. [Belief after the rain break?] Yeah, definitely. When you're in those positions, you've always got to believe, put everything out there, and just try your best. With the new ball, there was still enough on offer. If we could have nicked three or four early, we were right in with a shout. I thought we actually held through the middle there really well. We took wickets, which gave us a bit of a sniff towards the back end, but that last little partnership just took the game away from us. [Plan for the next game?] Just to sharpen up in all three facets, really. We've had guys get starts, but we haven't had anyone go on and make a meaningful contribution. We've let ourselves down a bit on that, but Bangladesh have outplayed us so far in this series, so congratulations to them."

ZahidBD: "If I were asked to select today's Player of the Match, my pick would be Xavier Bartlett."

Cap Iftekhar: "This is what I like the most about this Bangladesh team. Almost everyone has their part in the win. Choosing the man of the match is going to be tough here. My pick will be Fizz."

8:24 pm A target of 192 after the rain break seemed like a walk in the park for the home team, given how they have dominated this series so far in all three departments of the game. A historic series win was within reach. But alas, it was a dream start for Australia with the ball as well, with delivery after delivery swinging both inwards and outwards. Bartlett struck early, dismissing Tanzid for a duck in the first over. Shanto survived an LBW scare in the second over, successfully reviewing and reversing the umpire's original decision. Soumya and Shanto then negated the swinging new ball, striking a few gorgeous boundaries and sixes along the way. Their 86-run partnership was eventually broken by Renshaw when Soumya, on 42, tried to reverse sweep and was caught at slip. Shanto followed him back to the dressing room shortly after for 41, caught behind while attempting a square cut off Meredith. With both set batters back in the hut in quick succession, Australia wrestled the momentum back to their side. A bit of a wobble in the middle order briefly balanced the game, though the home team still held the advantage. Mosaddek and Hridoy then took charge, just as they did in the first ODI. However, Zampa struck with his spin today, forcing Mosaddek to hole out at long off for 15. Under pressure, Hridoy, alongside skipper Miraz, kept things stable and composed with the bat to take the team over the line. Hridoy scored 40 runs and stayed at the crease till the end. A massive crowd had gathered in the stands despite it being a working day, and in the end, Bangladesh won their first-ever ODI series against the mighty Aussies and did it in style. The fielding was certainly an improvement from an Australian perspective compared to the first game, but after the first few overs, the bowlers lost their mojo as the batters settled in. Bangladesh win by five wickets and secure their first ODI series win over Australia. A terrific performance from the home side who dominated from the start when they claimed three wickets before Australia scored a run. The visitors fought back with a century stand between Marnus Labuschagne and Xavier Bartlett but, despite a few blips, Bangladesh had that chase in hand. No one made a fifty, but a series of handy contributions took them home. A big moment for Bangladesh, and more questions for Australia. I'll had back to Rashad to take you through the post match.
