The Phoenix Suns are surely one of the NBA teams interested in acquiring Kyrie Irving, should the Cleveland Cavaliers honor his trade request. While most of the Suns' roster is available to be dealt, their top pick in the 2017 NBA draft is apparently off the market.

According to Arizona Sports 98.7 FM, the Suns will not include Josh Jackson as part of any offer to Cleveland for Irving, a six-year NBA veteran.

The Cavaliers are likely to ask for Eric Bledsoe, Jackson and a future draft pick for Irving, but the Suns would decline that proposal.

Jackson, the No. 4 selection in the 2017 draft, is expected to be a key player for the Suns during the upcoming season, and he may eventually work his way into the starting lineup at small forward.
