TOWSON, Md. -- — Tyler Tejada had 17 points and Charles Thompson added a double-double in Towson's 80-55 victory over Elon on Monday night.
Tejada was 6-of-12 shooting (3 for 8 from 3-point range) for the Tigers (15-10, 8-4 Coastal Athletic Association). Thompson scored 10 on 5-for-7 shooting and grabbed 12 rebounds. Nendah Tarke scored 15 with five rebounds.
The Phoenix (10-15, 3-9) were led by TK Simpkins with 19 points and six rebounds. Nick Dorn added 12 points and three steals.
