BALTIMORE -- Junior Robinson had 16 of his 23 points in the second half and handed out eight assists as Mount St. Mary's won its third in a row and kept Coppin State winless on the season 66-53 on Friday night.
Chris Wray added eight points and 11 rebounds for the Mount (6-7), which used a 14-2 run to take control late in the first half and led by double digits throughout the second.
The Mountaineers led 33-21 at halftime and opened the second with a 12-4 run to extend the lead to 20. They had their largest lead with 4:17 left at 62-41.
Lamar Morgan had 18 points and Karonn Davis added 12 for Coppin State (0-13).
Mount St. Mary's matched the program's 1989-90 team for the most nonconference wins since it moved to Division I in 1988-89.
