Jake Mulraney's goal eight minutes from time was enough to give Inverness Caledonia Thistle a 1-0 over Falkirk.
Mulraney showed great composure to cut inside a defender before firing low into the corner of the Falkirk goal.
The win moves Thistle above Queen of the South into seventh place in the Ladbrokes Championship, six points ahead of their opponents.
Sean Welsh's free-kick was well saved by Thistle keeper Mark Ridgers in the 10th minute while Paul Watson had a shot blocked and another cleared off the line for Falkirk.
Inverness were denied a goal when Falkirk twice cleared off the line after Thistle had hit the crossbar.
But Mulraney did well to take his chance and earn his side all three points.
