Israel v Cyprus
Cyprus stun Israel to complicate race for Euro playoff spot in Group B
Israel's chances of qualifying automatically for the Euro 2016 finals were dashed by a 2-1 home loss to Cyprus.
Wales were beaten 2-0 by Bosnia-Herzegovina but Belgium defeated Andorra and Walsall defender Jason Demetriou struck an 80th-minute winner for Cyprus to ensure Israel missed out on a top-two finish in Group B.
Dossa Junior headed the Cypriots ahead just before the hour from Vincent Laban's free-kick, but that goal was cancelled out with 14 minutes to go by Nir Bitton's fantastic leveller from range.
Not even a draw could keep Israel's automatic chances alive, though, and they slipped one point behind Bosnia-Herzegovina in the race for third too when Demetriou rifled in from close range.
