Two goals in five first-half minutes at Somerset Park meant Ayr and Alloa will do battle again in a replay after a 1-1 draw in the Scottish Cup.Alloa, looking for a first win in seven, took the lead after half an hour when Graeme Holmes' cross-field ball found Liam Buchanan, who smashed the ball home from a tight angle.The lead was short-lived, though, as a Jon-Paul McGovern corner found Ryan Donnelly five minutes later and the striker flicked the ball into the far corner.Ayr looked the more likely to claim the winner as the game went on but were denied by a series of excellent saves by Craig McDowall in the Alloa goal.A late chip by Stephen Simmons against the bar saw Alloa come agonizingly close to snatching the win but they had to settle for a replay.
