RB Leipzig v PSV

Leipzig continue their impressive home form as they run out 1-0 winners over PSV at the Red Bull Arena. The victory sees the German side claim their first three points in this season's league phase thanks to a superb Gruda strike on 75 minutes. The Leipzig winger had looked a threat all evening and finally left his mark after controlling the ball on the edge of the PSV box before sending it past Kovar with a fierce left-footed strike from range. It was the least the hosts deserved after an impressive start to the second half, despite struggling to mount a significant threat before the break. PSV are left to rue Perisic's missed penalty in the 19th-minute, which was saved by Vandevoordt following Baku's handball, and the Dutch club have just a point to their name after two matches in the league phase. Leipzig recorded 2.1 xG in total compared to PSV's 1.4, and the home side now look to a tasty meeting with Bayern in the Bundesliga on Saturday. Meanwhile, PSV hope to rebound with a trip to Den Haag on the same day. That's all for this one, thanks for joining us!

FULL-TIME: RB LEIPZIG 1-0 PSV EINDHOVEN

We're entering now or never territory for PSV. They have to get men forward if they're to salvage a point.

PSV win another corner, which is taken by Perisic again. This time the Croatian is able to find a teammate in Obispo, but his tame header is quickly claimed by Vandevoordt, and Leipzig survive.

Perisic wins his side yet another corner down the right, but once again the PSV man sees his cross headed clear, this time by Orban. Leipzig have defended brilliantly since going a goal up.

There will be FOUR minutes of stoppage time...
