Kansas coach Les Miles fired offensive coordinator Les Koenning halfway through their first season with the Jayhawks on Sunday and promoted Brent Dearmon to the same position.
Jalen Hurts threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns, ran for 56 yards and two more TDs and added another line to his Heisman Trophy resume in leading No. 6 Oklahoma to a 45-20 victory over Kansas on Saturday.
Running back Khalil Herbert, the Kansas Jayhawks' leading rushing, is no longer a member of the team, coach Les Miles has announced. Herbert had hoped to return to the Jayhawks in 2020 after redshirting this season.
