Mourinho reaches out to Morata to join United
Jose Mourinho has made a personal call in a bid to convince Alvaro Morata to join Manchester United, according to Spanish outlet Cadena Ser.
The report claimed that the former Juventus striker has made up his mind to leave the Bernabeu this summer after returning from his stint in Italy.
Mourinho is in greater need of a striker now, after Zlatan Ibrahimovic's cruciate knee ligament injury.
It remains unclear whether David De Gea will be involved in negotiations after increased speculation that the Spain No. 1 wants a move back to Madrid.
Oblak agent flies in to Manchester
Jan Oblak's agent has flown to Manchester to ramp up speculation that United are keen on the Atletico Madrid goalkeeper, the Manchester Evening News reported.
The Slovenian could be a replacement for De Gea, who has reportedly put his home up for sale in recent weeks. Oblak would not come cheaply though, as Atletico have a £85 million release clause in the 24-year-old's contract.
The Red Devils have also highlighted AC Milan's Gigi Donnarumma as a potential target to reduce the impact of De Gea's departure.
Keane set to spark bidding war
Michael Keane will be at the centre of a bidding war this summer, the Telegraph reported, and Man United, Everton, Tottenham and Liverpool will scrap it out for the Burnley star.
The Clarets will look for up to £30 million for the England international after seeing Manchester City pay £47.5 million for John Stones last summer.
Keane would actually cost only £22.5 million for the Red Devils, though, as they inserted a 25 percent sell-on clause when they sold the centre-back to Turf Moor for just £2m in 2015.
Barcelona make Bellerin top target
Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has emerged as Barcelona's top target this summer, Spanish newspaper Marca claimed.
The Blaugrana have felt the absence of Dani Alves since his departure to Juventus and will now look to upgrade on Sergi Roberto.
The Gunners star is the ideal candidate, having graduated from La Masia before moving to North London. Arsenal will demand €40 million for the 22-year-old, who would provide attacking thrust down the right flank.
Tap-ins
-- Barcelona sporting director Robert Fernandez is concerned about the exorbitant price tag placed on target Bellerin and is looking for alternative options.
Marca claimed that Monaco'a Djibril Sidibe and Valencia's Joao Cancelo are contingency options, should the Gunners not soften their stance.
-- Borussia Dortmund have registered an interest in former Arsenal starlet Serge Gnabry, German newspaper Bild reported.
The Germany winger has been sensational since he moved permanently to Werder Bremen, scoring 10 goals in the Bundesliga this season.
