The Manor team has lost its Pertamina sponsorship following the decision to demote Indonesian driver Rio Haryanto from a race seat.
Haryanto has been replaced by Esteban Ocon for the second half of 2016 after failing to secure the estimated €7.5 million (£6.5 million) required to keep his drive. He is backed Pertamina, the state-owned Indonesian energy company.
Though Haryanto has since accepted a reserve driver role, his backers have decided it no longer wants its name on the side of the car.
A Pertamina spokesperson told the Jakarta Post: "The Manor Racing team has offered to let us continue advertising on its cars. However, we have decided to discontinue the advertising."
Last week a spokesperson for the Indonesian government called Haryanto's relegation "disappointing". He had become the nation's first ever F1 driver when he made his debut at the Australian Grand Prix in March.
