WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, 67, deadlifts a lot of weight

67-year-old Ric Flair can lift more than you (0:16)

At the age of 67, retired professional wrestler Ric Flair still trains as hard as ever, showcasing his strength by deadlifting a lot of weight. (0:16)

It's a new year but apparently the same old "Nature Boy" Ric Flair.

On second thought, maybe we should ease up a bit on the word "old." Yes, the two-time WWE Hall of Famer is 67, but he released a video Wednesday on his Twitter account that threatened to defy his age.

Flair, who had his final WWE match at 59 in 2008 at WrestleMania XXIV (before continuing on four more years on the independents), remains no stranger to the weight room. The video showed him deadlifting 285 pounds, complete with a caption that read "I.Will.Never.Retire."

The 17-second video closed the only way Flair knows how, with a celebratory "Woooo!" after he dropped the bar to the ground.
