UFC president Dana White made a special announcement on Saturday night, revealing the next TUF coaches will be women.

White made the announcement during the UFC 158 broadcast, naming Ronda Rousey as a confirmed coach, with the winner of Miesha Tate and Cat Zingano providing her rival.

The series will feature bantamweights, and there will be a male and female competition. The house, therefore, will see men and women living together for the first time in TUF history.

Tate and Zingano will square off on April 13, and the news will add significantly more importance to their encounter.

Not only will victory book a lucrative slot as the next TUF coach, it will also land a title shot against champion Rousey.
