Vitor Belfort and Alan Belcher have agreed to a middleweight showdown at UFC 153, according to reports.

Belfort will arrive having won both of his fights - against Yoshihiro Akiyama and Anthony Johnson - since losing to Anderson Silva in February 2011.

Belcher brings a four-fight winning streak, meanwhile, the most recent of which came in May against Rousimar Palhares.

Palhares has pulled out of his meeting with Yushin Okami at UFC 150 due to an unspecified injury. Buddy Roberts steps in to face Okami.

In welterweight action, it has been announced that Simeon Thoresen will do battle with TUF veteran Seth Baczynski at UFC 152.

Elsewhere, Shane Roller is to meet Jacob Volkmann at UFC 151, while Sergio Moraes v Renee Forte has been added to the UFC 153 card.
