Rashad not dropping to 185, according to manager

Rashad Evans will not be dropping to middleweight to face Anderson Silva, according to the fighter's manager.
Evans caused a stir in the immediate aftermath to UFC 148, which saw Silva defend his UFC title against Chael Sonnen. A tweet sent by Evans to UFC chief Lorenzo Fertitta instantly had fight fans wondering if the former 205lb champion was set to drop a weight class.
The tweet read: "@lorenzofertitta I want to pick a fight with the middleweight champion! Make it happen!! Please!"
However, on previous occasions Evans has said his focus is on the light-heavyweight division, where he plans to earn back the belt he lost to Lyoto Machida. And manager Glenn Robinson confirmed talk of a switch to 185lbs is premature.
"He has no plans to drop to 185," Robinson, of Authentic Sports Management, told MMA Junkie in a text.
"He is just saying he's not afraid to fight anyone."
