UFC 149 has suffered another injury setback with news Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira has had to withdraw from his collision with Cheick Kongo.

The July 21 card had been headlined by Jose Aldo's featherweight title defence against Erik Koch, but the Brazilian had to pull out. As a result, Urijah Faber v Renan Barao is now the main event.

And now one of the night's other main fights, the heavyweight battle between Nogueira and Kongo, is also no longer happening. Minotauro is still recovering the broken arm he suffered in his submission loss to Frank Mir.

As a result, Shawn Jordan will now fight Kongo in Calgary. Jordan knocked out Oli Thompson in his last outing and will want to build on that momentum.
