Joey Beltran will return to the UFC as a light-heavyweight after he was named as James Te Huna's opponent at UFC on Fuel 4.

Beltran was recently cut by the UFC after a 1-4 run that culminated with a knockout loss to Lavar Johnson. A heavy-handed brawler, he is known for his excellent chin after a string of entertaining wars.

Now he has slimmed down for the 205lb division, where he meets Te Huna on July 11. The card is headlined by Mark Munoz v Chris Weidman.

Te Huna is eyeing his fourth UFC victory, and he will be favourite to defeat Beltran, who steps in for Brandon Vera. Vera had been Te Huna's original opponent but has been switched to fight Mauricio Shogun Rua on a different card.
