Ireland have suffered a sizeable blow ahead of Sunday's Test against Scotland with Paul O'Connell ruled out with a chest infection.
O'Connell is replaced in the starting line-up by Dan Tuohy with Jamie Heaslip taking on the captaincy. Iain Henderson replaces Tuohy on Ireland's bench.
