Nowell feels comfortable in England squad
Lancaster has gone with youth in the back three with Nowell partnering Jonny May, who has one cap for England, on the flanks with Chris Ashton dropping out. Burrell starts alongside Billy Twelvetrees in the centres with Danny Care edging ahead of Lee Dickson at scrum-half.
The second coming
The pack has a familiar look about it with Joe Marler, Dylan Hartley and Dan Cole forming the front-row with Joe Launchbury packing down alongside Courtney Lawes in the locks. England skipper Chris Robshaw joins Billy Vunipola and Tom Wood in the back-row.
For England, they will be targeting just their second Six Nations title since 2003 and Lancaster is looking forward to seeing how his young guns fare.
"We can't wait for Saturday," Lancaster said. "We've had a good two weeks and all the players have pushed hard for selection.
"Congratulations to Jack and Luther who deserve their chance, as does Jonny May starting his first Six Nations game. It's also great to see Brad Barritt back with his experience and leadership in the 23, while Alex Goode will give us good cover at 15 and 10.
"We felt the pack went well in the autumn and it's right to leave it unchanged but we have some quality players, including two British Lions in Tom and Mako, to come on."
