William Ebongue Sipamio, a 19-year-old prop who was part of the Racing Metro side which won the French Under-19 title on Sunday, has died.

The cause of death is not known but a club statement said he "died Tuesday evening in his room" at Plessis-Robinson, Racing Metro's base.

"An autopsy is underway to determine the causes of death," the club added.
