Wales boss Rob Howley has released Alex Cuthert and Sam Davies, among 13 players sent back to their clubs for this weekend's PRO12 action.
Wales will face Scotland on Saturday week in Murrayfield, and Howley will hope that players can get further match fitness ahead of the game.
Cuthbert, Scott Andrews and Kristian Dacey have returned to Cardiff Blues for their game with Treviso at Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday.
Sam Davies who was an unused replacement against England last Saturday will return for Ospreys' top of the table clash with Munster. Nicky Smith and Scott Baldwin, who were both second-half replacements against England join Cuthbert, along with Rhodri Jones, Rory Thornton, James King and Olly Cracknell.
Cory Hill is available for Newport Gwen Dragons' trip to Connacht, while Aled Davies and Steff Evans return as Scarlets host Zebre.
Ashton Hewitt, who is recovering from a concussion, returns to the Dragons to undertake his return to play protocols with the region.
