Djibril Camara will make his France debut when Les Bleus take on Wales in the RBS 6 Nations on Friday night.
Stade Francais winger Camara was called into Guy Noves' squad over the weekend and will start on the left wing at the Millennium Stadium.
In all Noves has made five changes to his starting lineup with Maxime Machenaud, Antoine Burban, Paul Jedrasiak and Rabah Slimani also coming in.
Meanwhile, prop Vincent Pelo could also make his international bow after being named on the replacements' bench, alongside experienced second-row Yoann Maestri, returning fly-half Francois Trinh-Duc and centre Gael Fickou.
France head to Cardiff with two wins from their opening two Six Nations matches against Italy and Ireland, knowing that victory against their unbeaten hosts would set them up nicely ahead of games against Scotland and England.
France (vs. Wales): Medard, Vakatawa, Mermoz, Danty, Camara, Plisson, Machenaud; Poirot, Guirado, Slimani, Jedrasiak, Flanquart, Lauret, Burban, Chouly.
Replacements: Chat, Atonio, Pelo, Maestri, Goujon, Bezy, Trinh-Duc, Fickou.
