Italy prop Lorenzo Cittadini has been linked with a summer move to London Wasps with Gloucester reportedly pulling out of the running for his signature.

Gloucester's woes in the scrum this season have been well documented but they bolstered their tight-head resources with the signing of Sila Puafisi midway through the season. And they are already planning for next term with both John Afoa and Richard Hibbard moving to Kingsholm at the end of the campaign.

They had been linked with Cittadini, but the Gloucester Citizen claims their interest in the prop has cooled following their swoops for Puafisi and Afoa. The 27-cap Italian now looks to be arrowing in on a move to Wasps.
