I'm eager for some of the Bucs' young corners -- Carlton Davis, M.J. Stewart, Ryan Smith --- to go up against a now-healthy Corey Davis, who has had a really solid camp. Also, one-on-ones OL vs. DL are always a blast in joint practices. Give me Taylor Lewan vs Noah Spence.

Things to watch for with the Bucs-Titans joint practices: Jameis Winston/Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. a Titans secondary that may be one of the most underrated in the NFL. Kevin Byard's an INT machine and Adoree Jackson has had an excellent camp. Also, they'll be seeing a mix of 3-4/4-3 up front. Good test prepping for the Steelers in Week 3.

When asked his thoughts on Jameis Winston's suspension, Tony Dungy said, "He's a great leader on the field, he's a great leader in the locker room, he's a great leader when he's here, and now he's gotta take it on his shoulders to lead off the field and away from the building as well. I'm praying he'll do that."

Hall of Fame coach Tony Dungy spoke to Bucs players before practice today. He told them it wasn't about the talent in the room — although that's certainly important — it's about togetherness. He said talent-wise, his Colts Super Bowl team was only fourth or fifth. "It wasn't the most talented, but it was the most together."

Lorenzo Holloway, a participant of the USAA Salute to Service Boot Camp, tries to go one-one-one with Mike Evans on a deep pass from Jameis Winston. Holloway, who got a running start, said, "I swear I tripped." Jameis told him after, "Don't worry, Mike does that to everybody."

Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans visits with participants of the USAA Salute to Service Boot Camp Tuesday. This is the second year the Bucs have hosted the event. Approximately 50 participants are here for a combine-style workout.

Head coach Dirk Koetter said that Carlton Davis' ankle injury is nothing serious. He wasn't the only player held out of Tuesday's practice, but given that the Bucs are already without Vernon Hargreaves, it's something to monitor.

Bucs rookie cornerback Carlton Davis has his left ankle wrapped and isn't practicing today. He appears to be walking fine but we'll have more details from head coach Dirk Koetter on the severity of it.

Bucs kicker Chandler Catanzaro tells me he "feels fine" after those two preseason misses and has made 95 percent of his kicks between the offseason program, camp and preseason. The Bucs have gone through eight kickers since 2009, tied with the Bills, Bengals and Eagles for most in the NFL in that span.

A minor skirmish broke out towards the end of practice at Bucs camp. Head coach Dirk Koetter made everyone run gassers as a result. His policy will remain in place heading into joint practices with the Titans — fight and you will get kicked out.

On Tuesday at 1 p.m., the Bucs will hold a press conference highlighting their soon-to-be newest Buccaneer Ring of Honor member, Tony Dungy.

The Bucs have officially been awarded cornerback De'Vante Harris off waivers. To make room for him, they have waived cornerback Aaron Davis. Harris had been with the Saints the last two seasons and played in 21 career games with one start, with most of his work coming on special teams last year as he had some issues in coverage.

After three touchdown drives in Friday night's preseason opener, this little guy, Evan, thinks Cameron Brate and his Bucs teammates deserve the day off, even if Dirk Koetter said they started off a little sluggish in Saturday's practice.

Bucs fan DJ Myers, 17, fights back tears as he meets his hero, DeSean Jackson, Saturday. One year ago, Myers was involved in a football accident that left him paralyzed. He said Jackson's encouragement helped motivate him to get out of bed and to do his therapy. "It really touched my heart," Myers said.

Bucs' Jackson meets, encourages paralyzed fan

After connecting with paralyzed teen D.J. Myers while he was recovering from a spinal injury, Bucs wide receiver DeSean Jackson finally got to meet the 17-year-old on Saturday.

What did Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter think of running back Ronald Jones' performance in his first preseason game? "I thought [he] was pretty average," Koetter said. "I think he was maybe pushing it a little bit. I thought he lined up too deep in the backfield a couple of times." Koetter did point out that he had three really nice plays in pass protection.

In addition to signing Colin Jeter and Amari Coleman, the Bucs have signed cornerback Aaron Davis. Defensive end Kiante Anderson and tight end Jason Reese have been waived and tight end Donnie Ernsberger has been waived (injured).

When asked about the national anthem, Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter, who has been a supporter of free speech, said, "We're waiting. I think it's really important that we see what the league decides in conjunction with the [NFL] Players Association. That's what I've been talking to the guys about. It's a very important issue. Obviously around the league last night there were some things that happened. There's going to be something more said. Until then, we're just trying to go out there and do the best we can. You know our stance on it, me personally as well as the club. We'll hope that they get to a resolution quickly here."

Source tells me that the Bucs are signing former LSU tight end Colin Jeter. Had a workout with them today. He'd been with the Colts previously.

Jenna Laine ESPN Staff Writer

Source tells me that the Bucs are signing cornerback Amari Coleman, who was just waived by the Lions. An undrafted free agent out of Central Michigan, Coleman was a three-year starter and had three picks his final season. He'll provide depth while Vernon Hargreaves is on the mend.
