Hue Jackson said he will get more involved in the offense: "If that's my specialty I need to be involved more." Said there was no disrespect meant to Todd Haley or anyone else, the offense needs to get going. Said emphatically: "I am the head coach of this football team."

Hue Jackson said he was surprised to see the Bucs line up for a 59-yard field goal in overtime: "I said there's no way he'd make that. But he did."

The Browns played their fourth overtime game of the season, and lost for the second time as Tampa Bay kicker Chandler Catanzaro made a 59-yard field goal with 1:50 left to give the Bucs a 26-23 win. The Browns scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to send the game to overtime, but managed just four yards on six plays in two overtime possessions.

Missed extra point and missed field goal to win. Sound familiar? The Browns benefit from the misses and go to overtime for the fourth time this season.

A long awaited big punt return from Jabrill Peppers gives the Browns another chance to tie with a first down at the 16, and they take advantage with an immediate touchdown pass to Jarvis Landry.

The first sustained drive of the day ends with a touchdown, and the Browns are still in striking range. If the defense can stop the Bucs or get another turnvover ...

Bucs have 21 first downs to the Browns five, and 274 yards to the Browns 100. Somehow the Browns are only down seven.

The Bucs give the Browns another chance as Myles Garrett forces a turnover and the Browns score in three plays. Game not over, though Browns lead 16-9.

Nice halftime scene in Tampa as breast cancer survivors form the pink ribbon at midfield.

A miserable first half ends with the Browns down 14, having scored zero points on offense and two on defense. In the half the Browns had three first downs and 74 total yards compared to 243 for Tampa Bay. The 16-2 score would be far worse had the Bucs not turned it over twice in the second quarter.

Since that allegedly uplifting overtime win over the Ravens, the Browns have been outscored 54-16. In five-and-one-half quarters.

Browns stuff Barber for safety (0:21)

The Chargers had great success handing the ball to wide receivers on running plays. The Bucs must have noticed, as they just gave the ball to DeSean Jackson, who ran for a touchdown from 14 yards. A missed extra point has the deficit at 7.

The Browns had the ball three times in the first quarter. They got two first downs, ran 14 plays and totaled 28 yards. Tampa Bay opened the game ranked 31st in the NFL in total defense.

It appeared that Peyton Barber twice was tackled in the end zone after a Briton Colquitt punt was downed at the 1. The Browns got credit for the second one and lead 2-0.

I asked Nick Chubb earlier in the week what he thought about all the cries for him to get more touches. He said he didn't think about it, he just made sure he was ready when called. Today he will be called — and he was on the field for the first play.

QB Jameis Winston is 3-9 ATS with seven outright losses in 12 career starts as a favorite. Tampa Bay is currently -3.5 vs. Cleveland.

With Carlos Hyde traded, Duke Johnson is listed as the starting running back.

Center JC Tretter was in a walking boot on Thursday with what he called a high ankle sprain. He is active and will start against the Bucs. Be interesting to see if it affects him, or if he can play the entire game. If he can't rookie Austin Corbett would take over.

Pat McManamon ESPN Staff Writer

Breshad Perriman is active for the Browns today, likely as the fourth receiver. Da'Mari Scott is among the inactives. The rest are quarterback Drew Stanton, cornerback E.J. Gaines (concussion), linebacker Joe Schobert (hamstring), wide receiver Rashard Higgins (knee) and defensive lineman Carl Davis.

Browns traded Hyde to 'break a log jam' at RB (1:03)
