Carolina Panthers at Pittsburgh Steelers (8:20 p.m. ET Thursday, Fox/NFL Network)
Money line: Steelers -210
FPI projection: Steelers win by 5.6 points
The Panthers' and Steelers' offenses have played at a very similar level this year, but FPI thinks that Pittsburgh's is still a couple of points superior based on prior information from before the season. Though we've learned a lot this year, our preseason notions still hold some predictive value. -- Seth Walder
New Orleans Saints at Cincinnati Bengals (1 p.m. ET Sunday, Fox)
Money line: Saints -240
FPI projection: Saints win by 1.0 points
Both of these teams have above-average passing offenses and rushing offenses, from the standpoint of expected points added (EPA) per play. But the Saints also have been better than the Bengals in both areas, and a superior passing offense can go a long way (and help make up for New Orleans' defensive deficiencies). -- Seth Walder
Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams (4:25 p.m. ET Sunday, CBS)
Money line: Rams -550
FPI projection: Rams win by 9.9 points
You think Sean McVay is going to drop two in a row? The Rams' league-best pass block win rate will give Jared Goff all day to throw against a subpar Seahawks pass rush. -- Seth Walder
Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles (8:20 p.m. ET Sunday, NBC)
Money line: Eagles -310
FPI projection: Eagles win by 8.5 points
Just think: FPI feels this good about Philly, and it doesn't even know about the Golden Tate addition. A rested Eagles team should be able to handle Dallas. -- Seth Walder
New York Giants at San Francisco 49ers (8:15 p.m. ET Monday, ESPN)
Money line: 49ers -160
FPI projection: 49ers win by 2.1 points
Nick Mullens doesn't have to be the savior; he just has to be better than Eli Manning. At this point, how hard is that? If Manning is outdueled by the Southern Miss alum, it could be Kyle Lauletta time in New York. -- Seth Walder
