Wasps will host Stade Francais on May 18 at Adams Park in the first leg of the play-off to decide which team plays in the European Rugby Champions Cup next term.
With both teams finishing seventh in their respective leagues, Wasps lost the coin toss to determine which side plays away first, with home advantage for the second leg deemed preferable, and so they will host the first leg.
The second leg will be at the Stade Jean Bouin on May 24, the same day as the Heineken Cup final.
Next season's broadcast rights for the ERCC will be shared between Sky Sports and BT Sport and the agreement starts with this play-off. BT Sport will show the Adams Park match and Sky will journey to Paris for the second leg.
