Eden Hazard has been relegated to the Chelsea bench along with Fernando Torres while Demba Ba leads the line against Norwich at Stamford Bridge.

Hazard appeared to criticise Chelsea's tactics in the 3-1 Champions League semi-final second leg defeat to Atletico Madrid in midweek, with Jose Mourinho claiming his forward is "not 100% ready to sacrifice himself for the team".

Torres, who scored Chelsea's goal against his former side, is also among the substitutes with Samuel Eto'o again on the bench.

Frank Lampard, who was suspended for the defeat, comes back into the side with Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah, who were both ineligible to feature.

Chelsea: Schwarzer, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Cole, Lampard, Matic, Salah, Willian, Schurrle, Ba

Substitutes: Hilario, Kalas, D Luiz, Van Ginkel, Hazard, Torres, Eto'o

Norwich: Ruddy, Martin, R Bennett, Turner, Whittaker, Tettey, Snodgrass, Johnson, Howson, Olsson, Elmander
