Giroud and Koscielny return as Kallstrom starts for Arsenal against West Ham

Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscielny start for Arsenal in their clash against West Ham at the Emirates.

Giroud came on as a second-half substitute in the FA Cup semi-final victory over Wigan, while Koscielny has missed the last four fixtures with a thigh injury. Kim Kallstrom makes his first start for the Gunners since joining on loan during the January transfer window.

Arsenal are looking to put the pressure on Everton and move above them and into fourth spot, with the latter taking on Crystal Palace on Wednesday night as the battle for Champions League football reaches its conclusion.

Arsenal starting XI: Szczesny, Sagna, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Arteta, Rosicky, Kallstrom, Cazorla, Podolski, Giroud.

Substitutes: Fabianski, Bellerin, Jenkinson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Sanogo, Akpom.

West Ham starting XI: Adrian, Reid, Tomkins, Jarvis, Armero, Carroll, Noble, Demel, Diame, Downing, Nocerino.

Substitutes: McCartney, Vaz Te, Taylor, Jaaskelainen, C.Cole, J.Cole, Johnson.
