Mourinho storms the field

Chelsea and Jose Mourinho have done it again. After losing the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final 3-1 in Paris, Mourinho's side rallied at Stamford Bridge and Demba Ba's late strike sent them through to the semi-finals on away goals.

Mourinho admitted his sprint down the touchline, which echoed the scenes at Old Trafford in 2004 when he did the same as Porto manager, was not in celebration of Ba's dramatic strike - but simply to tell his strikers what to do next.

Nevertheless, Mourinho's mad dash - and Chelsea's win as a whole - sent the social networking world into meltdown. Here is our pick of the best:

Cesar Azpilicueta's effort was much more civilised:

Isn't it 'Made in Chelsea', Ramires?

At least one Hazard was happy:

Even an ex-Blue got involved:

As did Marco Materazzi, who added Mourinho was 'Simply the best':

Is that the ONLY reason, Andrew Flintoff?
