Newcastle have increased their interest in Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha by opening talks to bring him in on-loan, according to the Daily Mail.

Reports suggest Zaha's representatives have met with Newcastle officials to discuss the possibility of a six-moth deal.

While David Moyes is thought to be keen on the idea of Zaha getting first team football in the Premier League, the 20-year-old has ruled out a return to former club Crystal Palace.

Zaha was signed by former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson in January - his last signing before retiring from Old Trafford - but has only featured in United's League Cup win over Norwich this season while playing under Moyes.
