Andros Townsend will start for Tottenham in their Premier League clash against Aston Villa, but Jermain Defoe is on the bench, as is Aaron Lennon.
Townsend impressed for England to help the Three Lions reach next year's World Cup, and manager Andre Villas-Boas revealed the winger was not guaranteed a first-team spot despite his international performances.
But the Portuguese has given him a start, and there is a return to the Spurs side for Sandro as well. Lewis Holtby makes his first Premier League start of the season.
Christian Benteke meanwhile is on the bench for Villa.
