Fernando Torres keeps his place in the Chelsea starting XI for their Champions League clash with Steaua Bucharest.

Torres, making his first league start of the season, was sent off in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham at White Hart Lane after picking up a second yellow card for a challenge on Jan Vertonghen, after the two had clashed throughout the match with the Spaniard at one point scratching the Spurs defender in the face.

The FA today announced Torres will face no disciplinary action over the incident.

Juan Mata also starts as Jose Mourinho promised after coming off the bench to set up Chelsea's equaliser against Spurs.
