Arsenal draw Chelsea in fourth round
Arsenal have drawn Chelsea in the fourth round of the League Cup following their penalties win over West Brom, while Manchester United will face Norwich at Old Trafford after seeing off Liverpool.
Manchester City will travel to Newcastle, while Championship side Leicester have been rewarded with a home tie to Fulham.
Burnley will take on West Ham United at Turf Moor.
