Milner starts for England, Rooney replaces Carroll

Roy Hodgson has not rewarded Theo Walcott's match-changing display against Sweden with a starting berth for the Ukraine clash, according to reports.
Manchester City midfielder James Milner has retained his place on the right of England's midfield, with Wayne Rooney, who has finished a two-game suspension, coming in for Andy Carroll.
Walcott was introduced in the second half against Sweden last Friday, and went onto score England's equaliser and set up the winner in a 3-2 victory. He has subsequently required treatment on a tight hamstring, although Hodgson confirmed on Monday the Arsenal winger was fit to play.
England only need a point against Ukraine on Tuesday to guarantee their place in the quarter-finals, where they will face Spain or Italy.
In Tuesday's other Group D match, France meet Sweden.
Probable England team: Hart; Johnson, Terry, Lescott, Cole; Milner, Gerrard, Parker, Young; Rooney, Welbeck.
