Tigres claimed the inaugural Campeones Cup with a 3-1 win over Toronto FC. Jesús Dueñas scored a goal in each half to put the visitors in control. When Eriq Zavaleta deflected Enner Valencia's cross into the net in the 66th minute for an own goal, there was no way back for the home side, though Lucas Janson scored on an 86th minute penalty.
