Cesc Fabregas to AC Milan
The Chelsea midfielder has fallen out of the first-team picture under Maurizio Sarri and is looking to leave the club, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato. The Spaniard's contract expires at the end of this season, but he could look to leave in January if he continues to find himself on the fringes of the first team. AC Milan are reportedly considering an offer in January, and they think Chelsea want to avoid losing the player for nothing.
Milan Skriniar to Manchester United
If Skriniar is going to move it will be to Manchester United, according to Calciomercato. However, Inter Milan are encouraged that the uncertainty regarding Jose Mourinho's long-term future at the Premier League club could see the centre-back stay with them and possibly sign a new deal. An offer is on the table for the Slovakian, but the drawn-out negotiations mean that the Manchester United links remain and there is still the possibility of a January bid.
Tanguy Ndombele to Manchester City
Pep Guardiola's side continue to track the French midfielder, and have reportedly sent scouts to watch him in Ligue 1 already this season. City also watched the 21-year-old put in an impressive performance at the Etihad in the Champions League where his Lyon side defeated them in their Group F fixture. Le 10 Sport report that Guardiola's scouts were present at the game against Nice earlier in the campaign, where they were also watching Nice's Wylan Cyprien.
Aaron Ramsey to Juventus
The Turin club love a free transfer, and their latest target is Arsenal midfielder Ramsey who could leave London in the summer, according to the Evening Standard. Ramsey is reported to be interesting a number of Serie A sides, including AC Milan as well as Juventus. Arsenal have so far been unable to agree a new contract with the Welshman, whose current deal expires at the end of the season.
Hector Herrera to Arsenal
Should Ramsey leave, Arsenal could swoop for a free transfer of their own. Portuguese outlet Correio da Manha report that the club have entered the race to sign Porto's Mexico international Herrera. The 28-year-old is also out of contract at the end of the season, and is unlikely to sign a new deal with a number of clubs in the queue to offer him a deal. He is the current Porto captain and would add experience and leadership to Unai Emery's midfield.
