Rose ready for Marseille move to save England place
Danny Rose looks set to accept a move before the end of the month in order to secure his England future.
Paris Saint-German and Schalke had previously been linked to the Tottenham left-back, but neither club have firmed up that reported interest.
Rose will instead be faced with a decision to make. Luke Shaw is staking a claim for a return to the England fold with Gareth Southgate set to name his squad on Thursday to face Spain and Switzerland. Rose's future in the squad could be in doubt if he doesn't get regular first-team football.
Marseille, on loan or a permanent deal, will be Rose's best option it seems, claims the Star, as the 28-year-old does not seem to figure in Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino's immediate plans.
Barcelona monitor Boca starlets
Barcelona are tracking the progress of Boca Juniors prospects Leonardo Balerdi and Agustín Almendra, according to Sport.

Meanwhile, Barça will loan Paco Alcacer to Borussia Dortmund, who will pay €2.2m for the Spanish forward, with the German club possessing the option to make the move permanent for a fee between €20m (£18.1m) to €25m (£22.6m).
Fiorentina rejected £63m bids for Chiesa
Federico Chiesa has claimed Fiorentina rejected £63m offers for him this summer after rumoured interest from Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool.
The Italian winger admits it was his decision to stay in Florence, despite the offers matching La Viola's reported asking price.
"Fiorentina refused offers of £63m," Chiesa told Corriere della Sera. "The summer has been peaceful, there were no anxieties related to the market because, in agreement with the club, I decided that I would stay in Florence.
"It was the best choice, and knowing that I'm worth so much does not detract from my sleep, nor does it affect my life.
"Prices in recent years have skyrocketed and I'm simply going to try and not think about it."
Chiesa now makes up one third of one of the most exciting attacking trios in Italian football, alongside Marko Pjaca and Gio Simeone.
