Rio Ferdinand has been sharing videos of his various workouts on Instagram for the past few months, with boxing being the latest stop-off on his ongoing fitness kick.
Sadly, it seems the backyard sparring session went to Ferdinand's head somewhat as the former Manchester United defender began calling out boxer after boxer.
Indeed, the 38-year-old began by challenging Tony Bellew to a bout before moving on to David Haye and -- perhaps most foolishly -- current IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua as he slapped away at the pads.

While Rio's tongue is almost definitely in his cheek here, he'd be wise to watch his step.
After all, it's not like boxers are famous for having a sense of humour about this kind of thing.
