For the second year in a row, Pavel Padakin scored the opening goal of the annual teddy bear toss in Canada.

And the Calgary star was surrounded by a total of 25, 291 bears, which were thrown onto the ice and collected for local charities.

Padakin opened the scoring in the 19th annual staging of the Petro-Canada Teddy Bear Toss Game between the Hitmen and the Medicine Hat Tigers, with which the Hitmen won 4-1.

And the commentator for the game announced when the goal was scored: "Back-to-back years, Mr. Teddy bear, Pavel Padakin. One nothing Calgary. He is doing snow angels in all the bears...That may be the best celebration I have ever seen in all my years of calling teddy bear tosses in the Western Hockey League."
