Gonzalo "ZeRo" Barrios, the longtime No. 1 Super Smash Bros. for Wii U player in the world, is taking a break from competitive play, he announced on Twitter. ZeRo said he has "lost passion in current Smash 4" and will likely begin participating again when the next iteration of Super Smash Bros. releases. "I want to allow myself to try and focus on something different," ZeRo said in a statement. "I want to release myself from the shackles of fear and prove [to] the little voice in the back of my head that I can succeed in something else."
