Three-time champion Martin Adams was knocked out of the BDO World Darts Championship after falling 5-2 to Jan Dekker in the quarter-finals.

Dekker raced into a 3-0 lead before Adams pulled back a set by checking out with a 161. Adams then took the next set to close the gap.

Dekker then fell two legs down in the sixth set but recovered to move 4-2 ahead, before wrapping up the match having missed five match darts.

Elsewhere, Lisa Ashton saw off the Netherlands' Tamara Schuur 2-0, while Fallon Sherrock fell 2-1 to Anastasia Dobromyslova.
